INGREDIENTS:
1/2 TBSP cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp salt
2 pounds pork tenderloin or boneless, skinless chicken breast
8-12oz salsa
Taco shells, tortillas or taco salad
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the spices in a small bowl and mix.
Rub the spices on both sides of the raw meat and place in slow cooker.
Pour salsa around edge of pork or chicken.
Cover and cook on low heat for 4-8 hours, depending on slow cooker.
Shred meat and serve in tortillas, on salad, etc.
